ST NICHOLAS’ DAY 6 Dec, is often a time for giving gifts. Please support The Snowdrop Project, working with trafficked people in Sheffield. They have asked for unwrapped gifts of hats, gloves, scarves, make-up, nail varnish, jewellery or chocolates which can be left in the box at the back of church on Sun 2 Dec. Thank you! ST MARK’S FAITH AND JUSTICE GROUP has agreed that in the coming year it will focus on three main themes: Challenge to the Church of England on gender and sexuality; Climate change; and Poverty and inequality. ORDINAND ON PLACEMENT Ela Nutu Hall, an academic theologian and member of St Augustine’s Church will be on placement here until the end of March. She wants to see how our church works so please be honest with her – we also have much to learn. Sue
