St Mark’s Parochial Church Council (PCC) is in effect the management committee of the church.
15 members of the congregation (who are on the church electoral roll) are elected every April at the Annual Church meeting to serve alongside ex officio clergy, deanery representatives and churchwardens.
Together we have a key role in shaping the vision, work and development of the church – as well as dealing with more practical and mundane aspects of church life. Meetings can therefore cover a whole range of topics and no two are the same- they are never dull!
The full PCC will meet 9 times during the church year with the subgroups meeting in between.
If you’d like to raise an issue for discussion by the PCC, please contact a member of clergy or a church warden.
