|Summer holidays on the Green
During the holidays we will gather on the green, offering an informal space and a little something to think about! Resources will be pre-prepared and very easy to lead. Improvisation / additional ideas / picnics are more than welcome so feel free to bring things with you!
24 July We’ll start with an end of term social including parachute games and picnic after the service!
Dates also include 31 July and 7, 14, 21, 28 August
If you know you’re going to be around and are happy to host the space one week please do let me know. That would be lovely.
B-Tots continues to meet each from 1-2.30pm every Thursday during term time. It is a lovely, informal space for babies and children to play while parents and carers enjoy a drink and a chat. We often end with a few minutes of singing together.
Our last session this term will be 14 July, re-starting with the new term in September.
|16-18 September Parish Weekend – Book your place!
There is lots going on for all ages during this weekend. We need to have a clear idea of numbers by July, so please have a look at the details and booking form on our website or pick up a leaflet in church on Sunday and get your booking in.
Creche/Godly Play/Lions: Gather at the back at church at 10am. We will move in to groups early in the service, and return in time for the Eucharist.
Gathering on the Green: Come out to the Green for a 10am start. There will be an opportunity to go in to church for the Eucharist.
As we move to offer crèche, Godly Play and Lions more often, it would be fantastic to hear from anybody who would be able to volunteer for one of these teams. The current group of volunteers have done a fantastic job with getting groups re-started after lockdown. As we move forward, more help will be needed to make sure that we can continue to offer the best Sunday morning experience possible.
