Our responsibility is to monitor, manage (where appropriate), and report to the PCC on the following areas: the maintenance and improvement of church buildings and equipment; health and safety issues; and church finances, in association with the Treasurer.

We cover a wide range of topics; recent examples include the purchase of a new lawnmower, longstanding efforts to restrict parking on the Crescent and professional repairs to the leaded lights.

We work with the church architect where required, particularly over the church’s quinquennial inspection report.
The group meets about five times a year.
