During themed services we often draw upon the visual delights and wisdom of children’s and family literature. This month, our theme is ‘Love’ and we have made the most of Charlie Mackesy’s wonderful book; The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. It really is a book for every age and stage of life!

For copyright reasons, it does not feel appropriate to share the video that has been created. However, to get a flavour of the delights we’ll be sharing, I’d strongly encourage you to get hold of a copy of the book and/or have a look at the author’s Instagram page which has many delightful images and phrases which encourage us to take time to love ourselves, the people around us and the world in which we live.

You might like to purchase a copy through this link to the publishers website.

You can view Charlie’s Instagram page here (you don’t need an instagram account to do so).
