ALL SOULS COMMEMORATION SERVICE this year will be held at 6pm on Sunday 3 November. A list is available at the back of church for you to write the names of those you would like to be remembered aloud. Please pass the word around as all are welcome to come to remember loved ones, and please hold all who are bereaved in your thoughts and prayers at this time. The Clergy Team

Encounter Christianity This 8 week course is for all who are interested in exploring the Christian faith in a small group.  There will be a chance to reflect on what faith means and the ways it has an impact on our lives. It starts on Sat 26 Oct 9.30 -11.30am at the Vicarage and is being led by Amanda Pilkington. Interested? please email [email protected]

ST MARK’S FINANCES The PCC has decided that we must increase our income.  We are starting with a push for ALL church members to join the new “Parish Giving Scheme”.  Please collect your pack from the back of church. TONIGHT  CHRISTIAN MEDITATION  we will be introducing a new style of service to our pattern. This session, we will be looking at ‘Examen’ as a method of stilling the self. All are welcome. Cate

NEW LIBRARY ADDITION John Wood’s autobiography is now in Library section N.  John was active at St Marks after his retirement and was instrumental in the setting up of the CRC. Michael Miller
