DEN DE-CONSTRUCTION! Tue 30 and Wed 31 10am onwards We will be clearing everything out of the den (upstairs) for sorting/ re-purposing and re-organising next week. REFUGEES IN CALAIS Manuchehr and others are going back to Calais on 2 Aug under the auspices of Care4Calais. They have enough clothing but they desperately need more money to enable them to provide much needed support for the refugees. Please give donations to Manuchehr. David Price

TREASURER NEEDED for the Broomhall Centre. Half a day a week, to undertake all accounts, payroll and other duties. A great opportunity help in our community. Please contact Sarah R in the office if you’d like more information.  Sue

BROOMHILL METHODIST CHURCH – the congregation of The Beacon, Broomhill is grateful for our thoughts and prayers at this time. They will continue to gather for worship on Sundays until the end of August and then members will join another congregation.  The building is being kept on by the Methodist Circuit and there will continue to be a group meeting on Thursday mornings to which all are welcome. I am in contact with them about future ideas.  Sue H
