SAVE YOUR CANDLES! For our Candlemas Service on 3 Feb we will be asking you to bring your candle stubs left over from Christmas celebrations, so please keep them and bring on the day. Thanks. Sarah C

CONTRIBUTING TO ST MARK’S Thank you to everyone who contributes regularly with gifts of time or money.  There are lots of ways to get involved – talk to the welcome team or clergy for more info. SHEFFIELD HEAT & POWER Mark Ansell has filmed a programme about the Bernard Road incinerator, to be shown on Look North sometime before the end of January. There will be an article in the next Messenger. Michael & Pauline Miller

CHRISTMAS SERVICES thank you to everyone who has helped with our Christmas Services. We have had some wonderful comments from visitors about how much our services are appreciated. GRAHAM MURRAY died peacefully at home on 7 Dec.  There will be a Service of Thanksgiving here at St Mark’s on Fri 18 Jan at 2.30pm.  Please hold the family in your prayers at this time. Sue

LOST PROPERTY Have you lost anything which may have been left in the church?  We are going to be putting all found items out on a table in the corridor, please claim your items.  Anything not claimed by 31 Jan will be disposed of (to charity if appropriate). Sarah R
