TODAY’S VOLUNTARIES come from films made during the Second World War to raise morale during those dark days. ‘The First of the Few’ refers to Winston Churchill’s statement that ‘Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.’

THINGS WE’D RATHER NOT THINK ABOUT is the title of a series of Sunday 10.00am sermons and 6.00pm led reflections in which we will take a fresh look at traditional Advent themes: death, judgement, dying, heaven & hell.  These are challenging topics which faith invites us to engage with openly, honestly and hopefully.  All welcome.
