NEW CONGREGATIONAL LIST We are putting together a brand new Congregational List from scratch.  This is NOT the same as the Electoral Roll.  It is a contact list for every member of the congregation to be on if they wish to.  A copy of it is then made available for everyone who is on that list.  If you only want your contact details to be available to the clergy, there is also that option.  Please can EVERYBODY who wishes to be on the list (both public and clergy only ones) – fill in a form at the back and put it in the box provided by 22 MARCH.  The new list will be out from Easter Sunday.

ST MARK’S PHOTO ALBUM Alongside updating the congregational list, we would like to update our photo album. Please look and see if your photo is in the yellow album which can be found on a table near the chapel and if not, ask me to take one or e-mail one to me at Shan@stmarkssheffield.co.uk. I’m happy to crop it if it includes other people, but this means it needs to be high resolution.

Collecting boxes are at the entrances to main M&S stores. Each 1000 cards enables one tree to be planted, which has resulted in 34,000 trees in the past 5 years! Please do your bit.

KNIT & NATTER will be meeting on the first Saturday each month from 10.30 to 12 noon, usually in the church lounge. Dates for your diary are 7th Feb (at Jennie Martin’s house), 7th March, 4th April, 2nd May and 6th June. Come along and bring your knitting any other crafts, learn to knit!  Contact Jennie (2303718) or Alison (2214578) for further details.

PLEDGE APPEAL FOR 2015 – To date 70 responses have been received with total extra giving of £10,668 (including recovered tax) promised towards our target of £10,000. They include 8 new pledges and 38 increases.  This is marvelous news and grateful thanks to all who have responded so far.  If you have not yet responded please do not be discouraged from doing so.  Additional income over our target will enable us to cover any unexpected income losses during the year and give added financial flexibility to consider the direction of our work and mission.  Consequently, if you have not done so please return your pledge form as soon as possible (even if you are unable to increase your giving).  Spare Pledge Appeal packs including a pledge form are available at the back of the Church.  Please respond prayerfully to this request.
