Perhaps you are doing an increasing amount to support someone else – a family member, your partner, a friend or neighbour? Someone who is perhaps not able to support themselves as easily due to an illness or disability, mental or physical. Even if this isn’t you, perhaps you know someone who this is true for. Sheffield Carers Centre is a very good service offering emotional support and advice. Call 272 8362 or visit www.sheffieldcarers.org.uk for more information.
