Correction: If you have already purchased your copy, please make the following correction to one of the recipes: on p 22, in the recipe from Margaret Ainger for her delicious Guernsey Apple Pudding. Gremlins have got in and substituted 50g of flour for the correct quantity. It should say 150g!
